Cancellation Policy

I count on all of my clients to show up to their reserved appointment time. Almost all of my clients are booked on a reoccuring time slot. Therefore this limits my flexibility when it comes time for rescheduling appointments. I do try very hard to work existing clients in and finding new slots for you when you need to switch appointments. *Late Policy- If you are 15 minutes late or more, I will have to cancel your appointment and reschedule you for another time. Half the missed appointment fee will be added on to your rescheduled time to make up for the disruption in scheduling. I do realize that sometimes sickness or an emergency happens and will give grace in those situations. If you're going to be late and it's within the 15 minute increment please communicate this to me right away. The full time will still be charged that day for the service if you have booked. *Cancellations need to be made 24 hours in advance to the best of your ability. I realize that sometimes sickness or an emergency happens and will give grace in those situations. If more than 2 cancellations or no shows happen without legitimate emergency circumstances, I will have to terminate you as a client to protect my personal and professional well being.
